ACART has published its Annual Report 2009/10.

ACART met five times during this reporting year to formulate advice and make decisions on specific projects.

ACART’s work in 2009/10 has included finalising guidelines and advice, after taking into account earlier feedback from public consultation. In September 2009 ACART consulted with the Minister of Health on draft guidelines on the use of donated eggs with donated sperm. In June 2010 ACART completed advice to the Minister on the use of in vitro maturation in fertility treatment, with the advice going to the Minister in July 2010.
